Precise Separation for Maximum Water Quality

Our membrane filtration technologies enable efficient treatment and recycling of industrial liquids.

The systems reliably remove:

  • suspended solids and colloids,
  • oil emulsions,
  • bacteria and microorganisms,
  • dissolved salts and organic substances.

The process separates the liquid into clean filtered water and a concentrate containing captured contaminants.

Available Filtration Types and Pressures

Our systems are reliable and energy-efficient.

Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration:
1.5–3 bar
Nanofiltration
3–10 bar
Reverse Osmosis
10–60 bar

The result is clean, reusable water and a significantly reduced concentrate volume, which drives down disposal costs.

Application

Membrane Filtration Application:

  • Electroplating and galvanizing
  • Metal wire production
  • Powder coating
  • Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries

Microfiltration Systems

Microfiltration units serve to remove suspended solids from water.

Key Benefits

  • Efficient particle removal
  • Low energy consumption
  • Protection of downstream filtration stages

Microfiltration systems are a reliable and energy-efficient solution.

Ultrafiltration Systems

Ultrafiltration systems use ceramic membranes for filtering and recycling process solutions such as:

  • chemical pickling baths,
  • degreasing solutions,
  • emulsions,
  • ultrasonic cleaning solutions.

They effectively remove oils suspended solids, cleaning pastes, colloids, and pigments.

Ceramic membranes are ideal for demanding applications thanks to:

  • resistance across the full pH range (0–14),
  • ability to operate at very high temperatures.

Capillary ultrafiltration modules are mainly used for well water filtration and for removal of suspended solids, colloids, viruses, and bacteria. Both membrane types can be chemically cleaned to restore their full capacity.

Key Benefits:

  • filtration and recycling of degreasing solutions,
  • removal of suspended solids,
  • removal of oil suspensions,
  • bacteria removal,
  • high resistance to acids and alkalis (pH 0–14),
  • good mechanical strength (ceramic membrane lifespan exceedes 5 years).

Ultrafiltration systems constitute a consistently stable & highly efficient solution for equipment protection, process liquid cleanliness, and operating costs reduction.

Nanofiltration Systems

Nanofiltration membranes efficiently remove organic molecules and multivalent ions. They are suitable for stabilizing well and tap water, reducing hardness, and removing dissolved solids.

Additional applications include wastewater treatment after physico-chemical pretreatment or evaporation processes. Nanofiltration is also well suited for recycling process liquids and separating waste components.

Key Benefits:

  • water softening
  • removal of organic compounds and color,
  • removal of sugars and alcohols,
  • stabilization of well or municipal water,
  • high water and process liquid recovery rates.

Ultrafiltration systems are the perfect solution for ensuring ultimate quality of water and process liquids.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse osmosis systems provide highly effective separation of salts and dissolved organic substances from water. The process uses osmotic pressure to produce high-purity water from concentrated solutions.

System Components

  • Prefiltration
  • Antiscalant dosing
  • Single- or double-stage reverse osmosis modules
  • Chemical membrane cleaning

Typical Applications

  • Production of demineralized water
  • Desalination of brackish water
  • Wastewater treatment with water recycling and zero liquid discharge options

Key Benefits

  • Production of desalinated water
  • High output capacity
  • Excellent salt removal capacity
  • High water recovery rates
  • Low running costs

Reverse osmosis systems offer a reliable and high-performance solution for clean water production, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and long-term operational stability.
