Efficient Technology for the Treatment, Recycling, and Concentration of Used Industrial Fluids

Our vacuum evaporators provide a modern and reliable solution for:

  • treatment of industrial wastewater and process liquids,
  • water recycling and significant reduction in fresh water consumption
  • liquid waste concentration,
  • recovery of valuable substances from production processes.

Thanks to well-engineered design and process optimization measures, our systems allow for cost-effective liquid processing.

Vacuum Evaporation Principle

The processed liquid is brought to a boil under reduced pressure.

The process operates at lower temperatures (35–38 °C).

Tailor-Made Design

Each solution is based on a detailed analysis of the liquid to be treated.

All systems are fully automated and designed for continuous 24/7 operation.

Key Benefits

  • recovery of up to 90 % of processed water
  • significant reduction in liquid waste disposal costs
  • lower operating costs for water treatment systems
  • average ROI within two years
  • fully automated continuous operation
  • reduced waste volume
  • emission-free technology

Typical Applications

  • electroplating and galvanic processes,
  • powder coating operations,
  • mechanical engineering and die casting,
  • chemical and pharmaceutical industries,
  • remediation and rehabilitation of contaminated sites.

Systems with Active Self-Cleaning

The units utilize heat pumps combined with an integrated self-cleaning system.

They are suitable for wastewater containing oils, salts, metals and colloids.

Typical distillate output ranges from approximately 5 to 150 L/h (approx. 1 to 40 gal/h).

Single- and Multi-Stage Energy-Efficient Systems

Our solutions are designed with a strong focus on maximum energy efficiency.

Multi-stage designs allow energy reuse between stages.

Available modular configurations:

  • single-stage systems for smaller or flexible operations,
  • two-stage systems with energy savings of up to 50 %,
  • three-stage systems with savings of up to 66 %.

Advantages:

  • extremely low energy consumption,
  • modular design for easy capacity adjustment,
  • ability to process wastewater with high concentrations of oils, salts, metals or chemicals,
  • reliable operation and long service life.

Low-Energy Systems with Mechanical Vapor Recompression

This technology uses mechanical compression of the generated vapor.

Evaporation takes place in a forced-circulation vessel.

Recommended Applications:

  • processing of large wastewater volumes
  • evaporating Reverse Osmosis byproducts
  • processing and disposal of spent emulsions and rinse water.

Compact Heat-Pump Evaporation Systems

These systems use heat pumps as the energy source.

Materials include stainless steel and special alloys.

All you need to operate a Heat-Pump Evaporation System is electricity and shop air.

Advantages:

  • high distillation efficiency and water recovery rates,
  • low energy consumption,
  • reliable operation and long service life
  • ideal for industrial wastewater treatment applications.
